Abstract:
As urbanization and e-commerce growth continue to reshape global logistics, the demand for clean, efficient, and intelligent cargo transport solutions has never been greater. SmartMove represents a forward-thinking initiative aimed at designing a sustainable electric cargo vehicle tailored for next-generation logistics applications. This project merges innovative engineering with environmentally conscious design to address the limitations of traditional freight systems while meeting modern delivery challenges. The research focuses on the development of a lightweight, zero-emission electric cargo platform that incorporates advanced battery technology, energy-efficient drivetrains, and intelligent system integration for real-time monitoring and route optimization. Key design objectives include maximizing payload capacity, extending operational range, minimizing energy consumption, and ensuring compatibility with emerging smart city infrastructure.
