Loan approval remains a critical challenge in the financial sector, requiring accurate prediction models to minimize default risks. LoanSure proposes a predictive approval system using Logistic Regression to assess loan applicants' likelihood of repayment based on historical data and key financial indicators. The system evaluates features such as credit score, income, employment history, and existing liabilities to provide automated approval decisions. Experimental results demonstrate high accuracy, precision, and recall, indicating that LoanSure can significantly reduce loan default risks while improving operational efficiency.
