Abstract:

Employee plays an important role in the existence and growth of any organization so; their welfare is very essential. Employee welfare is essential in every organization. The main purpose of taking up this topic is to evaluate weather employees are receiving enough welfare schemes, including housing, medical care, transportation, and work place safety provisions. The study on employee welfare was done at Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant (R.T.P.P) by using a descriptive research methodology, the sample size taken was 100. This study indicates that most of the employees are satisfied with the welfare schemes provided at their work place. The study highlights the importance of effective welfare programs in boosting employee motivation, satisfaction, and overall job performance.
