Abstract:
Employee Motivation plays a crucial role in determining job satisfaction, directly impacting Productivity, retention, and overall workplace morale. This study explores the relationship between motivation factors such as financial incentives, career growth opportunities, Work environment, and recognition and job satisfaction among employees at Zuari Cement Factory. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research analyzes employees’ perceptions through surveys and interviews, identifying key drivers of job satisfaction. The findings suggest that a well-structured motivation strategy enhances employee engagement and Organizational performance. The study emphasizes the need for management to implement Effective motivational practices to foster a positive work culture.
