Abstract:
This study helped in revealing the level of satisfaction of employees with reference to the various factors provided in the organization. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of employee job satisfaction on their performance, to know the causes of dissatisfaction among the employees, To identify the factors which improve the satisfaction level of employees and To determine the level of employees job satisfaction in their relationships with their supervisors, managers and co-workers. Data is collected from both the Qualitative and Quantitative methods and this study was based on survey method. The aim of the study is to find satisfaction level of employees and the data needed for the study is collected from the employees through questionnaires. The research shows that the employees in Srinidhi milk dairy, most of the employees are satisfied with their jobs. But they remain dissatisfied with their work hours and salaries. In conclusion, The organization should identify the needs and wants of the employees. In the form of feedback to notice the areas of compensation and benefits, positive work environment, work-life balance, clear and open communication, job security, supportive leadership, regular recognition and appreciation for their work and achievements.
